Othello station project underway

Atrium Court will have 271 units, most of which will be income restricted.

STS Construction Services last month broke ground on a new 271-unit workforce housing building at 7324 Martin Luther King Jr. Way S. The multifamily property is rising adjacent to Othello Station.
