Avangrid is building a training center in Oregon for turbine technicians

The center will have a three-story tower where trainees will learn how to work safely at heights on wind turbines.

Sustainable energy company Avangrid is building a national training center for wind and solar farm technicians near the tiny city of Moro, Oregon, which is east of Mount Hood and about 20 miles south of the Columbia River.
