Bobcat

The city of Auburn is one of five communities nationwide to receive a $50,000 grant to support park improvement projects. The grants came from a partnership of Bobcat Co. and the National Recreation and Park Association. Bobcat reports that the five projects have been completed. Auburn's project created new ADA-compliant pathways at Auburndale Park by removing outdated asphalt from two existing paths and replacing it with crushed gravel. Bobcat of Seattle provided in-kind volunteer aid and Bobcat equipment to demo the asphalt and help install the paths to proper grade.
