Hearing Examiner upholds design decision for 336 Capitol Hill units

Next to the Capitol Hill Safeway block, at 1410 E. John St., its diminutive neighbor the Aquarian Foundation appealed the city's design approval last fall for a planned redevelopment by Greystar.
