Cle Elum condo storage project has roots in monster trucks

The focal point of the development will be this clubhouse and eight large units in a single building.

Scott Ronk's journey into developing the Monster Garage Condos in Cle Elum can be traced back to when he lived next door to Jeff Bainter, builder and driver of the Captain USA monster truck and International Monster Truck Hall of Fame inductee.
