Worker Memorial Day tomorrow

TUMWATER — The state is holding its annual Worker Memorial Day on Thursday at Labor & Industries' headquarters in Tumwater at 2 p.m.

This year, 93 workers will be honored, including two bartenders gunned down leaving work, a deckhand lost at sea when his crab boat sank, and a logging truck driver who died years after being partially paralyzed when struck by a log.
