The company says Ferguson has over 12 years of experience, coming from Lydig Construction in Bellevue, where she honed her skills and expertise in construction management. She holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Brigham Young University, Idaho, and several notable certifications such as OSHA 30 and Passive House Tradesperson.
