Cornerstone picked for $210M, two-school project in Lynnwood

As part of the two-school project, College Place Middle School, built in 1970, will be replaced with a new school on the same site, expanded to serve 1,000 students, including sixth graders.

The Edmonds School District announced Wednesday it had chosen Cornerstone General Contractors of Bothell as the general contractor/construction manager for a $210 million, two-school replacement project in Lynnwood.
