GC/CM sought for $71M Snoqualmie medical building

Preliminary designs indicate the new four-story building off Snoqualmie Parkway and Southeast 99th Street will include a parking lot, a surgery center, an immediate care clinic, a birthing center and more.

Snoqualmie Valley Health is seeking a general contractor/construction manager to build a new $71 million, 90,000-square-foot medical office building and ambulatory surgery center beside its hospital on its campus at 9801 Frontier Ave. S.E. in Snoqualmie.
