Skanska tops out its $296M Kaye tower

Skanska is building and developing the 260,619-square foot residential tower that is targeting LEED Gold, Salmon-Safe, Fitwel, and WiredScore Gold certifications and is expected to be completed in 2025.

Skanska announced this week it had topped out Kaye, the 31-story multifamily tower it is building and developing at 2208 Fourth Ave. in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood. The $296 million, 260,619-square foot residential tower is targeting LEED Gold, Salmon-Safe, Fitwel, and WiredScore Gold certifications.
