Repairs underway on swing bridge

The Spokane Street Swing Bridge — also known as the West Seattle Low Bridge — was damaged by a speeding vehicle over the weekend.

SEATTLE — The Seattle Department of Transportation said yesterday that the Spokane Street Swing Bridge — also known as the West Seattle Low Bridge — has reopened to bikes and pedestrians, but remains closed to vehicles.
