Sound Growth Partners (SGP) has acquired Stueve Construction. SGP, along with Brookside Capital Partners, Capitala Group, and other investors, provided all the capital required to complete the transaction via SGP's One-Stop Buyout structure. Headquartered in Algona, Iowa, Stueve provides engineering, design and construction services for bulk fertilizer storage facilities in the U.S. Founded in 2023, SGP is a Seattle-based private equity firm investing in clear market leaders within the lower middle market. SGP provides all the capital necessary to close a transaction. The firm invests in companies with $2 million to $10 million of EBITDA in niches within the Consumer Products, Business Services, Distribution and Light Manufacturing industries.
