3 firms vie for $1B Harborview project

SEATTLE — Three firms are on King County's shortlist for progressive design-build services for a new inpatient medical tower at Harborview Medical Center, along with renovations to the existing hospital. Estimated direct construction cost is over $1 billion.

The following firms have advanced to the project shortlist (not ranked): Hoffman-Lewis LLC, of Seattle; M. A. Mortenson Company, of Kirkland; and Sellen Construction Co., of Seattle.
