Mixed-use building, with 235 affordable units, tops out near Northgate Station

A mixed-use project with 235 units of affordable housing has topped out next to Northgate Station. The transit-oriented development is taking shape on a 1-acre site at 151 N.E. 103rd St. That's immediately west of Thornton Place, and a few steps east of the light rail station and bus depot.
