The Line is targeting LEED Platinum certification.

Developer Evergreen Point Group is celebrating the recent opening of The Line, a new 241-unit multifamily building in Shoreline. The transit-oriented development is at 132 N.E. 145th St., which is steps from the Shoreline South/148th light rail station.
