Cornerstone picked for $291M 3-school contract in Auburn

Construction on a new 1,050-student middle school, the district’s fifth, is planned from 2026-2027 to help the district with growing enrollment.

The Auburn School District announced Tuesday it had selected Bothell's Cornerstone General Contractors as general contractor/construction manager for a three-schools project estimated at $291.3 million.
