SBA OKs Inslee's request for disaster relief

OLYMPIA — The Small Business Administration late Monday approved Gov. Jay Inslee's request for a disaster declaration following November's bomb-cyclone.

The SBA declaration makes low-interest federal loans available to Washington businesses and residents affected by the storm in Chelan, King, Kitsap, Kittitas, Pierce, Snohomish and Yakima counties to cover expenses related to property damage and economic injury.
