Exxel Pacific poised to build 65 Fremont units

The corner site is on the far west side of Fremont, almost in Ballard.

The land sale at 106 N.W. 36th St. was a decade ago. The master use permit followed early last year for a six-story, 65-unit apartment plan designed by MZA Architecture. Demolition of some old commercial buildings came this spring (Dickson handled that job), and now Exxel Pacific is attached to build the project.
