Opening day nears for expanded 2 Line

REDMOND — With a month to go until Sound Transit's 2 Line grows by 3.4 miles and two stations, the agency has launched a new website and announced opening day plans scheduled for May 10.

The new site — http://www.soundtransit.org/helloredmond — aims to help people plan for opening day and upcoming trips on the 2 Line extension, which includes stations at Marymoor Village and Downtown Redmond. Those will become the permanent 2 Line terminus on the Eastside.
