Car-limiting pilot kicks off as Pike Place utility work begins

Starting today, road access to the market at First Avenue and Pike Street will be limited.

Seattle's most popular tourist destination will be largely car-free through the summer as a limited vehicle access pilot launches today in tandem with street restoration work already underway at the 118-year-old Pike Place Market.
