Chief Seattle Club to develop up to 100 affordable units at Fort Lawton

The city intends to purchase 34 acres of the former Fort Lawton Army Reserve Center in Discovery Park.

The city of Seattle has selected Chief Seattle Club to develop 85 to 100 units of permanent supportive housing at the former Fort Lawton Army Reserve Center military base in Magnolia.
