Lease Crutcher Lewis

Sager

Hall

Lease Crutcher Lewis announced two leadership promotions within its rapidly growing Data Center and Advanced Technology group, or DCAT. J.B. Hall has been promoted to vice president of DCAT. In this elevated role, Hall will oversee DCAT projects across the company with a focus on expanding Lewis' market share. He will continue to oversee Lewis' joint venture with Phoenix-based GCON that's building a 72-megawatt datacenter in Waddell, Arizona. Hall brings 38 years of experience in construction management, including 15 years leading data center projects.

Lewis is also promoting Mike Sager to director of operations. He'll lead Lewis' DCAT work in Oregon and Southwest Washington, which includes delivering NTT's 138-megawatt data center campus in Hillsboro, Oregon. Today, more than 60 Lewis salaried employees and craft workers are actively engaged in DCAT projects. In 2024, Lewis ranked among the top 50 data center construction firms in the country. This year, the company is on track to break into the top 25.
