RFQ coming for UW music building reno

SEATTLE — The University of Washington gave advance notice Wednesday of plans to release a request for qualifications for a general contractor/construction manager to renovate key performance spaces in the School of Music Building on its Seattle campus.

The GC/CM will provide construction services for a complete interior renovation of two performance spaces, as well as minor upgrades to a ground level meeting room and the main entry lobby of the building, just off the quad next to Miller Hall.
