Ribbon snipped on 900 Rainier with 396 units and education center

The 396-unit building spans 260,000 square feet.

The DJC reported in April that leasing had begun at 900 Rainier, a new mixed-income building at 900 Rainer Ave. S. from developer OZ Navigator, which is a venture of Nitze-Stagen and Housing Diversity Corp.
