HAL assembles Fremont site

SEATTLE — When a vacant, rubble-strewn Fremont lot sold this spring to an experienced local investor, the scent of new construction was in the air.

This week came a midrise apartment plan filed for 3615 Woodland Park Ave. N., and it also includes two parcels to the south, extending to the corner of North 36th Street.
