More upgrades for Morrison Hotel building

The Morrison's 190 studio units look set for an upgrade. 

The DJC reported last July on Downtown Emergency Service Center's (DESC) plan to open a new behavioral health clinic, including an opioid recovery center, on the second floor of the seven-story Morrison Hotel building at 509 Third Ave.
