GC/CM sought for $90M John Marshall renovation

The Georgian-style John Marshall school was built in 1927 and is expected to be landmarked by the city of Seattle.

Seattle Public Schools is looking for a general contractor/construction manager for a $90 million modernization and addition at its John Marshall interim school site at 520 N.E. Ravenna Blvd. in Green Lake.
