Sound Transit begins night testing of Link's historic bridge crossing

A light rail vehicle crosses the I-90 floating bridge during the first night of cross-lake live wire testing.

Cross-lake live wire testing began Monday night on Sound Transit's final 2 Line segment, making history as the first light rail vehicle in the U.S. to power over a floating bridge.
