Gov. orders PLAs for work over $35M

WENATCHEE — Gov. Bob Ferguson has signed an executive order that requires large and complex public works projects over $35 million to have project labor agreements (PLAs) for their workers.

Ferguson signed the order Tuesday while speaking at the Washington Building and Construction Trades Council annual convention in Wenatchee.
