Work begins on PSE's $360M utility-scale solar facility

PSE will own and operate the Appaloosa Solar Project, being built partially within the existing PSE Lower Snake River Wind Facility footprint in Garfield County.

Construction began earlier this month on Puget Sound Energy's new utility-scale solar facility in southeastern Washington.
