CM/GC sought for Ore. college building

OREGON CITY — Clackamas Community College is looking for a construction manager/general contractor for a new $35 million to $40 million Natural Resources Center of Excellence at its Oregon City campus.

The school, located about 30 minutes outside Portland, wants the roughly 40,000-square-foot building to serve as a hub and create an enhanced presence for the programs on the east side of its campus.
