Crowning touches start tonight on state's second diverging diamond

The I-90/SR-18 diverging diamond interchange opened in July, but it was designed to work best with the new lanes that crews are adding this week.

A four-day closure of state Route 18 over Tiger Mountain, scheduled to begin tonight, will allow crews to eliminate a bottleneck at the state's second diverging diamond interchange that opened this summer.
