Work starts on 92 units in the Central Area

This is the west building. The two buildings will face each other across 21st Avenue.

Construction has begun on New Hope Family Housing, a 92-unit affordable apartment development on two sites owned by New Hope Missionary Baptist Church at 114 and 123 21st Ave. in Seattle's Central Area.
