Everett seeks contractor for new stormwater facility

The new facility will use bioretention to treat stormwater runoff, and includes an overlook with seating and interpretive signage.

The city of Everett is looking for a contractor to build a new treatment facility using bioretention to reduce flooding and treat stormwater before it is released into the Snohomish River.
