Turbulence for Dodger Stadium gondola as Los Angeles officials seek to ground the project

    LOS ANGELES — A proposal to build a gondola from downtown Los Angeles to Dodger Stadium hit some turbulence last week when the City Council voted overwhelmingly to urge transportation officials to ground the project.
