Oak Harbor RFP for plan updates

OAK HARBOR, Island County — The city of Oak Harbor is seeking proposals from engineering and planning consulting firms to complete an infrastructure master plan, as well as utility and transportation comprehensive plan updates.

A request for proposals was published in the DJC on Oct. 18. Proposals are due by 4 p.m. on Dec. 16.
