ABC: Contractor backlog down in October

WASHINGTON — Last week, the Associated Builders and Contractors reported that its Construction Backlog Indicator fell to 8.4 months in October.

That's according to a member survey conducted by the ABC from Oct. 20 to Nov. 4.
