Fana, Skanska strike $4M deal in Bellevue

BELLEVUE — Fana Group and Skanska USA have two towers planed on the Washington Square block in downtown Bellevue. This week, in a nearly $4.3 million deal, Fana has sold some of its development rights (air rights) to Skanska. King County recorded the sale this week.

Skanka's north Phase I office building, aka Bevel, is to rise at 870 106th Ave. N.E. As the DJC reported last month, that's now to rise 12 stories rather than prior nine. Hence the sale. Bevel is now in design review, under architects Mithun and British firm Waugh Thistleton Architects.
