Absher/Stellar J team tapped for Everett's Port Gardner water storage and treatment facility

Work retrofitting the plant just south of Naval Station Everett is slated to start this winter.

The city of Everett plans to award a contract to a joint venture team of Absher Construction and Stellar J to convert a former industrial wastewater treatment plant just south of Naval Station Everett to a combined sewer and stormwater storage and treatment facility.
