Bellingham upgrades Old Town roads

BELLINGHAM — The city of Bellingham is looking for a contractor to make roadway improvements as part of its Old Town urban village redevelopment.

A notice of the city's request for proposals for the $6 million to $7 million roadway project appeared in the DJC on Nov. 20. Proposals are due by 11 a.m. on Dec. 10.
