Edmonds needs a GC/CM for its new $85M elementary school

Westgate students may stay in the current 1958 building or move to an interim site while the new school is built.

The Edmonds School District is seeking a general contractor/construction manager for an $85 million rebuild of Westgate Elementary School, the last replacement project funded by its $594 million 2024 bond.
