THA begins large-scale rehabs in Tacoma's Hilltop, Eastside neighborhoods

  • More than 300 households in Salishan and Hillside Terrace will have their units updated.

    Units, including those at the Hillside Terrace 2300 block (shown here), will get new roofs and windows, updated fixtures, and a fresh coat of paint.

    With new funding secured, the Tacoma Housing Authority is ready to rehabilitate 316 existing units of affordable housing for more than 1,000 residents of the Salishan and Hillside Terrace 2300 neighborhoods.
