Kirkland updates its height survey rules

KIRKLAND — The city of Kirkland is set to update its building height survey requirements, according to a notice from the Kirkland Developers Partnership Forum.

Starting in January, the height survey will be required for the slab or first floor instead of the height verification statement to help ensure that buildings comply with the maximum height limit early in the construction process.
