AGC survey: Expectations ‘dampened' for 2026

Aside from a surging demand for data centers and new facilities to power them, the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) says that construction contractors have “dampened” their expectations for 2026.

This is according to “Dampened Expectations: The 2026 Construction Hiring and Business Outlook,” released yesterday by the AGC and Sage.
