Affordable housing gets $54.5M grant boost for water-related infrastructure

In Vancouver, Lincoln Place II opened in September 2025. The 40-unit building was supported by $493,000 in CHIP funds awarded in 2023.

Earlier this week, the state Department of Commerce announced $54.5 million in grants to help pay for water-related infrastructure for affordable housing developments across the state.
