Applications open for $1M in airport grants

OLYMPIA — The Washington State Department of Transportation Aviation Division is accepting applications for the second round of its 2025–2027 Airport Aid Grant Program. About $1.1 million in funding is available.

Applications are due by 5 p.m. on March 6, and must be for projects already listed in the Statewide Capital Improvement Program (SCIP). The SCIP is a prioritized list of projects entered by the state's 134 public-use airports. It captures project requirements that address individual airport needs statewide.
