Mayor announces new shelter legislation and funding

Mayor Wilson announced the new legislation at a press conference last week.

Shortly after taking office in January, Mayor Katie Wilson set a goal of opening 1,000 new units of shelter and emergency housing with supportive services across the city in 2026.
