Bids wanted for upgrades at Loyal Heights Community Center

SEATTLE — Seattle Parks and Recreation is seeking to hire a GC/CM to renovate the Loyal Heights Community Center at 2101 N.W. 77th St.

The aging center was built in 1950 and is set for a significant upgrade. The building will be stabilized, systems will be switched from fossil fuels to electric, accessibility will be improved, and interior spaces will be refreshed.
