$20M contract awarded for work at Idaho dam

SEATTLE — The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has awarded $20.4 million contract to Knight Construction & Supply of Deer Park, Spokane County, to replace 11 spillway gates at Albeni Falls Dam in Oldtown, Idaho.

The work is aimed at ensuring flood control, hydropower generation and recreational opportunities for years to come.
