Sports fields, court upgrades part of $155M bond package for Parks Tacoma

If the April bond proposal passes, Parks Tacoma says at least five sports fields would be renovated with improved natural grass, backstops, fencing, irrigation and drainage.

A number of sports fields, courts and athletic facilities across Tacoma could soon get major overhauls under a $155 million parks bond proposal headed to voters on April 28.
